Ethical Property Sourcing

Property Sourcing is something that is a real minefield for new investors.

There are a million people/companies out there who promise the world, but simply don’t deliver.

Through my research in and around the websites and forums etc, I have found there is a real difference in those that use Ethical practice as a sales tool, and those that truly passionately believe it to be integral to their business.

I would point you in the direction of a property sourcer named Rob Hubbard and his company Walker Fox.
There is a fantastic video on his site – here. I really recommend a look. If nothing else, it has some great tips on what to do if you are considering using a company or person as a property sourcer.
