We act as buying or selling agents for existing property, working alongside vendors.

We also assist first time buyers onto the property ladder , sourcing suitable investment property for retention (Buy to Let) or disposal (Buy to Sell)  and undertaking in Joint Ventures with like minded investors, fully managing property acquisition and refurbishment projects on a shared profit basis.

From the outset and at each stage of a given project, we discuss your requirements, all clients are requested to have a brief discussion with our broker, Lisa Orme. There is no obligation however she confirms that clients have deposit funds and are mortgageable.

Using our extensive network of contacts, Walker Fox will then go out and find properties that meet your requirements. Every viewing (when allowed) will include a short video for reference purposes, after completing the necessary due diligence, we will produce a detailed report about the property, the area etc. rental and re-sale aspirationsas well as financial comparables allowing you to make an informed choice abiut your next investment property.

All the way through we act as your buying agent, working with you to satisfy your requirements, dealing with all the respective parties to ensure that the deal goes as smoothly as possible.

Other than a commitment fee of £250.00 that is payable when you commit to a purchase (and deducted from any final fee) no other fees are payable by you, to us until legal completion.
