Novembers NPT meeting has the pleasure of hosting Claire Hooper of Gingerbread Marketing who will be sharing her extensive knowledge of Holiday Lets.

Many say that ‘timing is everything’ and as such, Claire will be sharing hints and tips of how to maximise your holiday lets over the often difficult winter months.

Claire Hooper, of Gingerbread Marketing, has a degree in Marketing and over 15 years experience in brand management and marketing for both large corporates and smaller businesses.

She set up Gingerbread to cater to the needs of smaller business owners in need of marketing support, but who don’t have the budget to employ someone full time; she specialises in the use of email, the internet and social media to reach customers and generate new business in a low cost, highly targeted way.

The Holiday Lettings arm of Gingerbread evolved from several years working with clients in the holiday property business; Claire has seen what works and what doesn’t work many times over and is passionate about helping holiday home owners to get the most from their investment.

Claire lives in Halifax, West Yorkshire, with her husband Richard and children, Charlie, 5 and Emily, 3.
