Tim was bitten by the property bug at an early age and as a teenager spent Saturdays and school holidays on site helping his father with the conversion of a set of old buildings in the Yorkshire Dales into holiday lets. After running a small building firm for several years Tim took a few years out from property to go to University and subsequently getting involved in the high-octane world of writing accountancy software. In recent times the lure of property became too much to resist and in addition to buying “a bit of a project” as a home with partner Tina, the couple have just completed and let their 1st BTL virtually single ( or should that be double? ) handed. Being gluttons for punishment and with the bug now having well and truly taken hold again Tim will shortly be starting with refurbishing their 2nd BTL and is also in the process of starting a Lettings and maintenance business.
